Compliance Officer (AU NDIS, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Experience in compliance and/or audits or similar role
• In-depth understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS (including the quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS) setting
• Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes.

Position Summary

The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting regular audits, collaborating with various departments, managing contractor agreements, and assisting in the continuous improvement of organisational quality standards.

The purpose of the Compliance Officer position is to provide quality, day-to-day support to management, staff at each company.
