Comptroller

Job Summary:

The Comptroller is responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting functions of the organization. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and compliance. The Comptroller ensures the accuracy of financial records, develops and implements financial policies, and provides strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or CPA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is preferred.
