Job Description - Concrete Technical Sales Representative

Introduction: Are you passionate about sales and possess a strong technical acumen? We're seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of our innovative concrete products. If you have a knack for building client relationships and a keen eye for business opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding our concrete products.
  • Continuously prospect to develop new client relationships, including expanding existing accounts and product lines.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with the department's goals.
  • Review and finalize sales quotations efficiently, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Regularly collaborate with clients to provide support and ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Create and send sales quotations to clients to support and finalize sales.
  • Conduct client visits to explore sales opportunities and address concerns.
  • Secure requirements for clients' accreditation and needs.
  • Assess customers' current and potential needs to determine appropriate products and solutions.
  • Build strong customer relationships through strategic engagement.
  • Handle complaints or objections related to our products and services.
  • Maintain and update the client database.
  • Ensure all assigned sales administrative records and archives are monitored to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform other related functions as assigned by company officials.
  • Conduct internal trials with different Concrete Admixtures.

Minimum Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration majoring in Marketing or Sales.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in selling concrete and/or admixtures.
  • Exposure to construction, retail, commercial, and government projects preferred.
  • Experience or background in related industries such as paints, pipes, power tools, etc., is advantageous.
