• Review of drawings
• Review of specifications
• Review of contract
• Full set markup of drawings and notes
• Markup of drawing and specification discrepancies and build issues
• Review of compliance of products and performances
• Review of compliance to acoustics, thermal etc
• Detailed takeoff for purchasing
• Value engineering
• Scope of works formation
• Mechnical and Hydraulic services co-ordination checks
• Produce summary report
• Complete NCC compliance check
• Create construction program

Qualifications

• Job Costing/Estimating
• Experience/Technical Knowledge in Construction Industry/Architectural Finishing (Dry wall, plastering, metal framing, suspended ceiling) – Highly Desirable
• Advanced understanding and experience in interpreting specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
• Strong understanding of: MS Office applications: Word, Excel and MS Project
• Advanced knowledge of the Standard Method of Measurement
• Highly Desirable – someone with experience with AU projects/clients

Additional Information

Work Schedule (AU Client)

• Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM (Manila Time)

Work Setup (Permanent Homebased)

• Equipment will be provided by the company.
• Candidate's are also expected to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home of at least 20MBPS for "BOTH" download and upload speed.
