Construction Management Associate - Renovation

FILINVEST COMPANY: SHAREPRO, INC.

The Renovation Project Engineer is responsible in the overall monitoring of works onsite. He is responsible in updating of daily work accomplishments and coordination with contractors and other Teams. The Construction Management Assistant Associate must be able to handle Contractors billings evaluation in relation to the actual site accomplishments.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists the Senior Project Management in the supervision of the assigned project

• Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications

• Evaluate Contractor Billings in relation to actual Site Accomplishments

• Ensures updates on Project Monitoring and Reports

• Assess possible site concerns and discuss with Construction Team for possible solutions

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor provided that training on the task being assigned has been undergone.
