Construction Management Lead - Gensan

The Sr. Site Engineer must ensure that her/his assigned project will be completed on time at cost and of desired quality. She/he must ensure that the mission and the vision of the company are incorporated on her/his daily duties and to the team she/he handle.

1. Prepare pre-construction requirements and conduct pre-construction & Site kick-off meeting.
   
2. Oversee the implementation of the contract.
3. Facilitate the Contract Turn-over to Customer Fulfilment Department / Property Management.
4. Responding to project maintenance / Repair request from Project Development Group.
5. Complying with the management standard procedure and annual/biannual submittal.
6. Act as a team leader and implement the companys rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• with atleast 5 years experience
• Project Management experiencce is advantage
• Work location: Futura Gensan
