Construction Manager

Salary: To be discussed upon interviewQualifications:- At least 20-25 years of professional experience & at least 7 years of managerial experience.- Request for the photos of works and proof of credentials like certificates.- At least 40 years old- Licensed Philippine Civil / Structural Engineer (graduate of BS Civil Engineering)- Has a strong understanding of construction principles, processes, techniques, and materials- Proven professional experience of at least 25 years in the Construction Philippines industry- Proven managerial leadership experience of at least 7 years (Middle Leadership); Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in construction management (preferably took up Construction / Project Management for Masters), with track record of successful project completion.- Proficient in construction software / understand the use of these computer aided applications.- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines- Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail
