Construction Manager

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Licensed Civil Engineer,
• With at least 3 years of experience in horizontal (roads and bridges) construction projects, land development and heavy structure
• Willing to work in Cavite

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Incumbent is responsible for managing all phases of the construction project, including coordinating with project engineers on the required workers, materials and equipment - ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor all works with regards to operations, including project accomplishment, billing and collection thru project engineer.
• Report the operation status and accounts to the Executive Vice President. Also, trains, motivates and resolves employee conflicts as well as other problems encountered during operations.
