Construction Manager

• With at least 7 years of project management or construction management experience
• Strong Leadership and Management skills
• Able to coach and mentor a team
• Proficient in project planning and quantity surveying
• Proficient in collating plans and reviewing possible clashes

Responsibilities:

• Assumes overall responsibility in preparing Project Master Schedule and Work Breakdown Structure for the whole scope of the assigned project.
• Manage performance of all contractors
• Prepare and Identify all Risks and possible Issues on the Site
• Identify Traffic flow on site and possible issues that may arise on-site
• Identify Waste and Noise Pollution
• Prepare Project Implementation and Execution Plan and Manual
• Prepare scoping and contract packages
