Construction Project Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, secure, and healthy work environments by enforcing safety standards, procedures, and compliance with legal regulations.
• Lead and oversee project planning, including defining project scope, budget estimation, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, selecting, and monitoring their performance to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of staff and subcontractors to meet milestone schedules.
• Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications before execution.
• Perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, bidding activities, and client presentations as required.
• Implement corrective actions to address issues that may arise during construction.

• Licensed Civil Engineer (REQUIRED)
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the construction industry.
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in cost estimation, budget management, and project scheduling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt and handle challenging or stressful situations effectively.
• Willing to travel nationwide for site visits and project supervision.

Starting salary: PHP 40,000+
