Your responsibilities

• Develop a working knowledge of Infor's technical infrastructure, development environments, and third-party used to support the Infor applications.
• Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required.
• Assist in maintenance and update skills on the most recent releases of Infor products and applications, and third-party tools to continue to provide a high level of service to Infor customers.
• Coordinating communication within the Infor Consulting Services team to include identification of client expectations, critical business issues, and any pertinent information discovered during the turnover process with the sales team.
• Complete all required documentation as part of the implementation, including status reports, exit documents, expense reporting, technical documentation, testing documentation, etc.

About you

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Has internship or academic projects related to Software Development using Java, SQL, and OOP.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig on a daily basis.
• Flexible to work on US, EMEA, and/or APAC shifts when necessary.
• Knowledge of Infor's ERP systems.
