Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with research suppliers to ensure projects are completed in accordance with project specifications and agreed timelines

Act as a liaison between Marketing and research agencies in coordinating the execution of ad hoc and continuous activities

Validate thoroughness and accuracy of ad hoc and continuous research data

Provide segment and brand updates on a regular basis

Assist in the development of questionnaires and discussion guides

Draft reports containing key findings, summary of results, and actionable recommendations based on the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative studies

Integrate consumer and industry trends, brand developments, and competitor marketing into research

Perform statistical analyses to identify gaps in marketing mixes

Create financial documents to secure budget and process billings

Monitor monthly sales performance and prepares monthly sales report

Provide other services necessary and relevant to the efficient and effective operation of the department

Required Skills :

Graduate of Communication Research, Statistics, Economics, Math, Psychology or Social Sciences

At least 2-3 years of experience in the research industry (agency side) preferably in customized research for personal care companies

Ability to design questionnaires and discussion guides

High level of proficiency in MS Office Applications

Knowledge of database analysis programs a plus

Working knowledge of research with basic appreciation of marketing

Good analytical skills, good communication skills, and good interpersonal skills
