The function is accountable in managing the following areas:
• Performs core data fabrication tasks (from receipt to on-line), enhancements and entry level troubleshooting for LexisNexis on line and offline products
• Monitor publications by checking the daily documents if they are on time, online and of good quality using a tracking tool
• Meets or exceeds Fabrication Operations quality standards
• Contacts the vendor and client in case the document’s arrival time exceeded the allowable hours specified by the client.
• Prepares the LOP (list of priorities) by segregating all data for tracking. This will be used to monitor billing.
• Accesses a ticketing tool to check problem items or requests
• Participates in weekly conference calls with clients to provide project updates
• Updates information on the database (i.e. name, address, contact number, e-mail address, firm, former employment, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
• Must be keen to details
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must be a team player
• Open and adjusts to work feedback
• Able to think creatively, is decisive, and can perform with minimal Supervision
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
