Position Title: Content Specialist (SEO & Digital Content)
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 65,000 – Php 75,000

About the Role

The Content Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day production and publishing of digital content across websites, landing pages, paid advertising campaigns, and social media channels.

The successful candidate will not be responsible for content strategy development but will consistently deliver high-quality content aligned with established brand guidelines, templates, compliance requirements, and campaign briefs.

The role supports the growth of the client's digital presence by producing scalable, search-optimised content that drives traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CONTENT SPECIALIST (SEO & DIGITAL CONTENT)

Responsibilities as a Content Specialist (SEO & Digital Content):

SEO Content Production

• Write SEO-optimised category pages and service pages.
• Create use-case pages targeting customer pain points and search intent.
• Develop long-form FAQ content and structured answer blocks.
• Update and improve existing website content for search performance.
• Collaborate on keyword implementation and content optimisation.

Landing Page & Conversion Copy

• Create landing page copy aligned with campaign objectives.
• Write compelling calls-to-action and conversion-focused messaging.
• Adapt messaging for different customer segments and buyer stages.

Paid Advertising Content

• Produce Meta ad copy variations.
• Write Google Search ad headlines and descriptions.
• Develop campaign-specific messaging aligned with briefs and compliance requirements.
• Support A/B testing initiatives through copy variations.

Social Media Content

• Create engaging social media captions and post copy.
• Adapt content across multiple platforms.
• Repurpose website and campaign content into social-ready formats.
• Schedule and prepare content assets where required.

Basic Creative Production

• Build visual assets using Canva templates.
• Resize and adapt creative materials for different channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all published content.

Content Administration & Workflow

• Manage assigned briefs and deadlines independently.
• Work effectively within asynchronous review processes.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain content documentation and version control.

Qualifications as a Content Specialist (SEO & Digital Content):

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong SEO content writing capabilities.
• Experience creating conversion-focused website and landing page copy.
• Paid advertising copywriting experience.
• Social media content creation expertise.
• Exceptional written English and communication skills.
• Strong research, proofreading, and fact-checking abilities.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Experience implementing schema markup (FAQ, Product, How-To).
• Understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager concepts.
  
• Basic SEO auditing experience.
• Video transcription and content repurposing experience.
• Previous agency or multi-client environment experience.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses.
• Exposure to renewable energy, technology, construction, or related industries.
