By joining us as a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and improving our processes. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring magnificent execution and delivery of our daring goals. Where you come in: You will lead Lean Six Sigma Trainings and other process improvement programs and campaigns to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will plan, coordinate, and run process and organizational improvement initiatives, working closely with Tower Leads, Project Managers, and other groundbreaking roles. You will facilitate the design and implementation of new or improved processes to improve service delivery. You will build, maintain, and update documentation of process maps, overviews, details, and flows in coordination with collaborators. You will provide data analysis deep dive support as needed, ensuring that our decisions are data-driven and impactful. You will contribute to preparing supporting deliverables, such as documents and presentations, and support business management activities. You will champion a culture of Continuous Improvement within Dexcom through various communication tools, events, and campaigns. What makes you successful: You are a self-starter with excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Your analytical and structured problem-solving skills are outstanding, enabling you to approach complex issues creatively. You have confirmed experience with business processes, data analysis, and/or project management, demonstrating your ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Your focus on providing great service means you consistently meet and exceed partner expectations. You thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, adeptly handling relationships with internal and external colleagues. Your skill in documenting and mapping processes is outstanding, offering clear and detailed mentorship for all customers. You are a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum), showcasing your dedication to continuous improvement methodologies. Your skill in prioritizing and completing tasks effectively under pressure guarantees successful project completion within specified timelines.
