Continuous Improvement Manager

Summary

The Continuous Improvement Manager willfacilitate the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within an organization. He/she willplay a crucial role in tracking progress, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating improvement efforts across different departments or teams. He/she will alsoassista in the development of training programs, conducting research, and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the organization both in plant and head office.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and gather relevant data and information for CI projects.
• Track and monitor the progress of improvement projects, ensuring they are executed within the defined timeframes and budget.
• Analyze data and evaluating processes to identify areas for improvement and suggest corrective actions. Organize benchmarks and reference visit.
• Assist the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employees' understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering or business related courses

- Preferably with Certification in Lean Six Sigma

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
