Continuous Improvement Technician III

Responsible for supporting plant-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives through Moonshine fabrication activities and 5S implementation, enhancing workplace safety, organization, productivity, and operational efficiency.

1.  Follow all safety rules and procedures within the Moonshine Facility.

2.Maintain discipline and proper use of tools, equipment, and facility resources.

3. Perform fabrication, assembly, modification, and other project-related activities.

4.  Support material sourcing, delivery, and project coordination.

5.  Update material inventory records for active projects.

6.  Maintain good housekeeping and comply with 5S + 1 standards.

7. Assist in the implementation of Continuous Improvement projects and ideas.

8.  Monitor and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

9.  Coordinate with project owners to ensure timely project completion.

10.  Support overtime activities during critical project requirements.

11.  Ensure fabricated items meet quality and project specifications.

12.  Perform other assigned duties as required by management.

Qualification

• College graduate or vocational


• 3+ years’ experience and in the related field specially in fabrication.
