Position Overview

The Contractor Care Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining processes to ensure continued compliance with related policies, procedures, and legislations. As the first point of contact, the Contractor Care Manager supports and assists contractors across different client groups, in conjunction with business stakeholders including Recruitment Consultants and the Shared Services team.

Main Responsibilities

• Contract Management – Ensure all paperwork and administration associated with new starter contracts and subsequent extensions are prepared, reviewed, and distributed in a timely manner or as agreed within SLA
• Business Liaison – Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, consultants in relation to timesheets, approvals, and overall contract queries
• Contract Negotiation – Review, recommend, and negotiate contract amendments or terms when necessary to meet the needs of all stakeholders involved
• Process Improvement – Review, recommend, implement, and evaluate improvement opportunities
• Reporting and Communication – Produce and distribute required reports and communications to the Senior Leadership Team
• Business Partnership – Collaborate with shared services teams, e.g. People and Finance, to ensure accurate contractor setups and timely resolution of issues
• Contractor Care – Provide general support to contractors in a friendly, caring, and professional manner

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

• Previous Contractor Care or Senior Administration experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric recruitment environment
• Expert use of MS Office in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Proven experience in resolving contractor issues and making quick decisions to ensure timely, accurate services
• Strong ability to work well independently whilst always demonstrating a calm, considerate, and helpful attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage process improvement projects by analysing and revising operating practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn with a can-do attitude
• Proven experience in demonstrating initiative and ability to think outside of the box
