Controler - Construction (On-Site) :
Woodstock, Georgia

Immediate opportunity for an experienced, Hands-On Construction Controller in Woodstock, GA. This growing construction industry client will provide a base salary of up to $125K (Depending on Experience), plus benefits and perks. This will be an In-Office position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• Construction Industry Experience Preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Work with CEO and leadership team to relook and redefine accounting processes and controls.
2. Cash flow/Forecasting
   1. Update cashflow weekly 10wks out
   2. Update job forecasting weekly or monthly
   3. Understand cash flow and cash needs before each project starts.
   4. AR, minus retainage, is less than 45days
3. Banking Relationships/Treasury
4. Budgeting
5. Company Insurance Compliance
6. Financial Reporting and Tax Preparation
