Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Design menus that enhance  customers culinary experience while keeping up high quality


• Submit proposals recipes with complete ingredients ratio and proportions for menu items with reasonable costs


• Provide feedback regarding the quality of bulk purchases


• Ensures that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines


• Design standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish


• Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items


• Train and manage staff about proper kitchen sanitation methods


• Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee

Qualifications to be successful in the role: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a head cook


• Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff


• Adherence to food safety regulations and best practices


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks


• Skill in various cooking methods and techniques


• Willing to work in Subic Bay Freeport Zone
