JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
Responsible for managing multiple culinary work stations to ensure efficient kitchen operations during scheduled shifts, adhering to safety, food quality, and sanitation standards.
- Communicate with supervisors about quality issues and temperature deviations; record and respond to temperature logs per procedures.
- Prepare food to meet daily demand, considering occupancy levels, while following safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist team members and support station setup according to outlet guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, fire safety, and occupational safety standards.
- Perform cooking, reheating, and finishing of hot foods, stocks, and sauces, ensuring adherence to health guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and proficiently, including knife work and equipment handling.
- Monitor and maintain food quality on buffets and line stations daily.
- Ensure proper product rotation and inventory management in storage areas.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of culinary experience required
- Culinary certificate or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in reading and creating recipes
- Team player with effective communication in English
- Flexible to work shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime
- Trained in Food Safety standards (HACCP / ISO22000)
