Job Description - Corp Com and Employee Engagement Specialist

Join our team as a Corporate Communications and Engagement Specilist , where you'll be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of employee engagement in driving business results and will be able to design and implement programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to increase employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze survey data and feedback to identify trends and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement department-specific engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement recognition and reward programs to motivate employees.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee engagement dashboard to track progress and measure success.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that employee engagement initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Craft and disseminate internal communications, such as company-wide announcements, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage, tracking metrics such as sentiment analysis, reach, and engagement.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with survey design and data analysis software.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to improve employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g. Canva, Microsoft Teams).
  • Experience with employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.
  • Willing to work on-site permanently (Ebloc 3, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu)
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
