The CorporateAccountant is responsible for day-to-day financial management activities forthe company. These activities include maintaining adequate controls and regularfinancial tracking and reporting.

What you’ll do
- Perform all day-to-day financial inputting,tracking, and management, including maintaining adequate controls for thedesignated accounts of responsibilities.
- Manage Accounts Receivables: audits, post ARcash receipts and reconcile sub ledger.
- Manage Accounts Payable: audits, post AP andreconcile sub ledger
- Apply appropriate accounting techniques andstandard practices when inputting, tracking, analyzing, reconciling andreporting on designated accounts of responsibility
- Import and reconcile bi-weekly payroll data.Ensure payroll-related accounts are accurate and up-to-date
- Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheetaccount reconciliations. Identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly
- Perform reconciliations of intercompanyaccounts
- Maintaining Loan amortization schedule andrecognize quarterly interest income
- Perform expenses allocation by departments andregions
- Prepare monthly general ledger journal entries
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor dailycash activities
- Perform month-end closings includingpreparation and review of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracyin financial reporting
- Prepare quarterly and annual entity level taxbasis financial statements
- Prepare and maintain fixed assets depreciationand amortization schedule
- Review Concur transactions and performexpenses audits
- Work with Sr. Accountant, Accounting Manager,Controller and Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounting, and other companymanagement to prepare operating budget and quarterly reforecast
- Attend work as scheduled to support theongoing success of the company
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting,Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience in financial/accountingmanagement, remote workexperience preferred
- Previous experience in Real Estate, PropertyManagement, a related field, or multiple entity environment preferred
- Must have extensive knowledge of computers: MSOffice (Word, Excel) and other applicable accounting software
- Previous experience with Concur expensereporting and Oracle ERP systems is a plus
- Solid, proactive communication skills (written andverbal)—comfortable in all the tools of digital communication (email, onlinemeetings such as Zoom, Zoom chat, collaboration tools and file shares, such asTeams, OneNote, or similar.)
