What is this role about?
The Corporate Audit Officer performs the end-to-end auditing of the head office / affiliates' operating practices, reports, and records to ensure its compliance with established internal control policies and procedures.

What will YOU do?

• Executethe audit procedures for the engagementto ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls
• Familiarizewith the process under reviewto support audit observations and conclusions
• PrepareKick-Off Meeting materialfor presentation during the sitdown
• Prepareinitial and final audit reportsto be presented to stakeholders
• Analyzeaudit evidenceto assess risk levels and compliance with the set internal controls of the department
• Communicateclearly the purpose and reason for raising an audit issue when there are disagreementsto meet halfway and ensure both parties' needs and concerns are accounted for
• Preparewalkthroughs and presentation of audit resultsto communicate what was observed during review that needs attention
• Update the risk register fileto reflect up-to-date information as a result of changes in the processes and to insert new or inapplicable risks identified
• Identify new risks as a result of the reviewto reflect additional matters not considered before

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting or any related Accountancy course
• At least 1 year of experience in internal / externalauditing, procure-to-pay
• Adept in auditing and variance analysis
• Willing to do field work as necessary
