Our Bank Operations Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig in the role of Corporate Banking and Trade Finance Operations Head.

In this role, you will lead the operational delivery of corporate banking and trade finance products, driving efficient transaction processing, regulatory compliance, risk management, and exceptional client service to support strategic growth and operational excellence

What the role will entail

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals, including governance and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end processing of corporate loans, trade finance, and treasury transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., AML, KYC, BSP, ICC) and strengthen internal controls and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client service and drive operational excellence.
• Serve as key liaison with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders on operational matters.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support talent development and succession planning to build long-term organizational capability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in banking operations, with at least five years in a senior leadership capacity
• Deep expertise in corporate banking and trade finance, with strong knowledge of products such as LCs, guarantees, collections, insurance, factoring, supply chain and export financing
• Proven track record in regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and leading transformation and automation initiatives
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with strong analytical skills, risk awareness, and proficiency in banking systems and digital platforms
