Our Corporate Banking team is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join us in Metro Manila / Luzon as a Credit Analyst and Review Officer (CARE).
As a CARE Officer, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers and supporting lending decisions by conducting in-depth financial and risk analysis. You will work closely with your assigned marketing teams, providing end-to-end support in preparing Credit Offering Memos (COM) and evaluating various credit transactions including line extensions, excess availments, renewals, and earmarks.

What the role will entail
Conduct financial and credit analysis of prospective and existing clients
Prepare and present Credit Offering Memos (COMs) to support credit decisions
Evaluate risks and recommend appropriate credit structures and terms
Monitor borrower performance and identify early warning signals
Recommend actions on restructuring, renewals, or collections as needed
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate credit processing
What we're looking for
College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Banking
Preferably 2 years of experience as an Account Officer or Credit Officer in commercial and/or corporate lending, with a similar-sized or larger bank
Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, banking products, data analysis, financial monitoring and reporting, research, and risk management
Analytical and understands critical business and industry information that influences credit decisions
Articulate and proficient in both oral and written English
A good team player who can coordinate effectively with internal units
Strong time management skills and able to work under pressure to meet client requirements
