Job Summary

Monitors the performance of NDC’s business portfolio and investments and recommends to the Assistant General Manager (AGM) the appropriate measures to improve the performance of the portfolio. Assists the AGM in the analysis of projects/investments.

Qualification Requirements

  • Candidate must have Master’s Degree or its equivalent or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC;
  • With at least four (4) years of supervisory/management experience
  • Candidate should have at least 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention; and
  • Must possess any of the following CSC Eligibilities: CSC Second Level Professional Eligibility, CES Eligibility or RA 1080.
  • Full-Time position

5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Diploma
