About the Job

Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati and Taguig for the role of Corporate External Affairs Lead.

In this role, you will assist in managing the EastWest brand, supporting brand equity development, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and executing campaigns to enhance brand love, while also helping the Head of Corporate Communications maintain and improve brand reputation, manage PR crises, and establish communication protocols. You will protect the brand's essence and collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to uphold the brand vision and values.

What the role will entail

  • Help align messaging with identified channels or programs.
  • Ensure alignment of content for total brand campaigns across all media channels.
  • Help manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and monitor their influence on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Assist in executing the brand campaign and PR plans.
  • Project manage the development, writing, and deployment of external communications content.
  • Co-lead customer-facing events, such as product launches and activations.
  • Assist the Corporate Communications head in executing PR crisis management protocols, including stakeholder management and collaboration with PR agencies.

What we're looking for

  • Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Communications or any related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in communications, agency work, media, or public relations
  • Must possess significant experience in handling agencies and clients and managing those relationships, as well as a proven track record in developing campaigns, crafting messaging in a high-tech, fast moving or highly-regulated industry
  • Experience in digital and social media, as well as in strong branding development and management (i.e. shaping brand footprint, brand essence, brand guidelines)
