Your responsibilities

• Assist the Chefs in daily showroom F&B operations (including preparation and service), events, and overall kitchen showroom maintenance
• Serve food, coffee, and refreshments to clients
• Ensure proper handling of tableware/dinnerware, prevent breakages, and proper inventory of kitchen items
• In charge of table set up for all food requests on all showroom floors
• Comply with food sanitation/safety guidelines and minimize food and supply waste
• Maintain a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment of different showrooms
• Record food consumption of the showroom to enable proper documentation of food flow and cost

About you

To be considered for this position:

• Candidates must either be fresh graduates of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Services Management, or a related course; 
• or have at least 1 year of experience working in the food service industry if a graduate of another course.
