Job Description - Corporate Sales Manager
Responsible for guiding and supervising sales operations to ensure profit growth and realization of sales targets. He / she must be able to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.Duties and Responsibilities:• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.• Meeting planned sales goals.• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.• Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.• Promoting the organization and products.• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.• Attending conferences, meetings, and events.• Create quotes and proposals for clients.• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.• Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.• In Charge in monitoring the performance and productivity of the team.• Motivate and guide the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.• Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of Account Receivable (AR) 60 days past due.• Collaborate with other departments in improving the sales operations process.• Salary Range: 30-35KLeave credits, HMO, Rice Allowance, Company Uniform, Employee Discount
