Qualifications

Preferably a licensed Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer.

At least 2 – 5 years of Construction experience specializing in Quantity Surveying, Cost Analysis Contracts Evaluation and SubCon Management.

With advance knowledge in SAP, Powerpoint presentation and Vision Application.

Willing to be assigned within and outside Metro Manila.

Job Description Summary

Preparation of bid item breakdown and the corresponding budget allocation.

Quantify and evaluate contract variations to assess cost effects and resolve issues.

Undertake cost analysis and collate project cost data.

Produce and update cost and progress accomplishment.

Regularly coordinating the reviews of all Vendors / Subcontractors billings for deficient or unacceptable works and possible back charges prior to release of payment.

Manages the client, subcontractors, project management team and other stakeholders.
