Job Description - Creative Brand Designer

Vero, a vibrant marketing, and communications agency fueled by trust, curiosity, and creativity, is seeking a passionate and skilled Creative Brand Designer to join our corporate communications team. We are looking for a senior creative who will be a key player in designing Vero’s creative assets, including thought leadership projects and external communications efforts. 
 


What You'll Do: 
 


As Creative Brand Designer, you will be in charge of Vero’s brand identity throughout ASEAN, ensuring coherence, consistency, and quality across all brand assets.  


This is a corporate communications role first, shaping how Vero shows up to media, clients, partners, talent, and the wider industry through thought leadership, editorial storytelling, and high-credibility brand assets.  


 


You will concept, design, deliver, and improve creative work across key channels, including: 



Lead Vero’s corporate brand design 



  • Own Vero’s visual identity across ASEAN, keeping it consistent across markets and teams 



  • Create and maintain templates and brand tools that help teams work faster while staying on-brand 



  • Be the go-to creative partner for the corporate communications team, helping bring key messages to life visually 


Design thought leadership and editorial assets 



  • Design white papers, reports, and research content 



  • Design website assets for blog posts, case studies, industry insights, and Vero News  



  • Create social content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, tailored to each platform 



  • Create clear layouts, data visuals, and graphics that make complex ideas easy to understand 



  • Build strong presentation decks for leadership talks, webinars, and regional briefings 


Support newsletters and internal storytelling 



  • Design the monthly newsletter, including layout, headers, and banner images 



  • Create visuals for internal communications when needed, helping teams stay informed and aligned 


Support culture and employer brand 



  • Design HR and talent-related assets such as career announcements, team portraits, and company event materials 



  • Help present Vero’s culture in a way that feels current, professional, and true to who we are 


 


As Creative Brand Designer, you will also contribute to regional client projects where necessary. This includes potential support to account managers during client meetings that are related to branding and graphic design. 


 


What You’ll Bring: 


 



  • Strong design experience of at least three to four years, ideally in an agency environment.



  • Confidence designing across formats, from social content to web assets to presentation and report design 



  • Strong creative thinking, direction, conceptualization and design execution in all mediums; including designing and executing graphic motions (2D animation)  



  • A portfolio showing brand systems, campaign design, digital content, and strong layout craft (editorial/long-form is a plus) 



  • A sharp eye for brand consistency, detail, and typography 



  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and stakeholders, and able to translate feedback into stronger work 



  • The ability to move quickly without sacrificing craft, managing multiple priorities with calm and focus 



  • Outstanding English communication skills across speaking, listening, writing, and presenting 



  • Comfort working in a young, multicultural environment 



  • Curiosity, the instinct to ask better questions, keep learning, and push the work forward

TRAVEL & PLACE TO WORK

Our team leaders decide where their teams will work, whether it's at the office, from home, or at a third space like a local café. Health Insurance: Vero provides private medical insurance as a benefit. The actual package and structure of the insurance may be determined by the Company and at its sole discretion



Mental Health Budget: Vero understands the importance of access to proper mental health support; all our employees can access counseling. The access to this budget and the content of your therapy are 100% confidential; only you and your therapist know what is being said during sessions, of course.
