Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer, you are responsible for creating visually engaging presentation decks, editing images, and designing creative digital assets. You will use tools such as Keynote, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce high-quality designs that align with specific brand guidelines. Your role involves collaborating with team members and clients to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure the timely delivery of visually appealing and accurate presentations and digital content.

Responsibilities

Create visually engaging presentation decks to effectively display data, graphs, and other information.

Ensure all presentations are consistent with the brand's style and guidelines.

Design charts, graphs, and infographics that accurately represent data and are easy to understand.

Customize presentations for different audiences, tailoring content and design to meet specific needs.

Edit and retouch images using Photoshop to enhance their quality and relevance for use in presentations and other digital assets.

Apply creative adjustments to images, such as color correction, cropping, and resizing, to fit various formats and platforms.

Save and export images in the required formats and resolutions for different uses, such as web, print, and social media.

Use Illustrator to create and modify vector graphics, ensuring high-quality and scalable designs.

Review all digital assets thoroughly to ensure they are error-free and meet the highest standards of quality.

Optimize digital assets for different platforms, ensuring quick load times, high resolution, and responsive design.

Meet or exceed performance targets set by clients for design project delivery, including deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction metrics.

Adhere to data privacy and security protocols when handling client information and sensitive data.

Skills and Qualifications

Expert use of Keynote on Mac for creating and enhancing presentation slides.

Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design tasks.

Deep understanding of brand guidelines and ability to ensure consistency across all design work.

Ability to create designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.

Skill in developing visually appealing presentation decks that effectively communicate data and information.

Proficient in creating custom graphics, charts, and infographics.

Competence in retouching and enhancing images to improve quality and relevance.

Capability to design digital assets, including social media graphics, web banners, and email visuals.

Knowledge of creating high-quality vector graphics.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and gather project requirements.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design work.

Proficient in using and managing design assets and templates.

Familiarity with digital and print media requirements, ensuring optimal resolution and color.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

Proven experience (2-3 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, image editing, and digital asset creation.

Proficiency in Keynote, Photoshop, and Illustrator for Mac platforms.

Experience working with corporate clients is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines andclient expectations.

Experience in creating presentation decks that effectively communicate complex data and information.

Familiarity with maintaining brand consistency across various design projects

Additional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite or presentation design tools are preferred.

30% Night Differential Pay
