We seek a Creative Services Manager to lead our design team in delivering innovative visual content and managing client relationships, including overseeing financial aspects like monthly billing and designer productivity. This leadership role requires a blend of creativity, client management acumen, and operational efficiency to achieve both creative excellence and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in guiding creative teams, managing client expectations, and optimizing financial workflows within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute creative strategies that meet business and client objectives.
• Act as the critical liaison between the creative team and clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs and innovative idea generation.
• Foster collaboration across teams to integrate creative solutions with business strategies.
• Manage the creative team, encouraging excellence, innovation, and professional growth.
• Oversee monthly billing processes for accuracy and timeliness and report on designer productivity to optimize team efficiency.
• Mentor team members, setting performance goals and providing feedback.
• Direct artistic and creative vision for projects, ensuring consistency with brand and client expectations.
• Ensure quality control from concept to final delivery of projects.
• Handle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with project managers on project scopes and deliverables for efficient execution.
• Implement effective scheduling and workflow for hybrid work models.
• Review projects post-delivery to identify improvement areas and celebrate successes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior creative role with experience in team leadership, client relations, and financial management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative projects that align with client goals.
• Knowledge of design principles, branding, marketing strategies, and financial management.
• Proficiency in designing software and using financial management tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
