• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of assigned accounts.
• Collate and prepare required documents for submission to customers, timely scheduling of invoices for submission to customer.
• Ensure timely monitoring and regular update of invoice status in the Collection Database.
• Prepare and submit collection letters for own accounts.
• Maintain own customer files and invoices docket.
• Report to Team Leader the status of collection and all other credit and collection matters requiring immediate action.
• Conduct customer visits and reconciliation.
• Provide up to date credit reports to sales departments regularly.
• Advance Payment Reconciliation
• Order Approvals by checking customer open accounts, credit limit and payment terms.
• Processing of Bond Insurance as required by customer
• Coordinate and ensure resolution when customer claims arise. Attending meetings by department for the discussion of resolution and action.
• Strictly implement Credit Policies and procedures.
• Provide collection forecast monthly and monitor actual collection vs forecast.
• Other tasks that may be assigned

To succeed, you will need:

With at least two years experience in Credit and Collection.

Good written and oral communication

Driving skills an advantage

SAP Credit and Collection tools experience is an advantage
