Our Corporate Credit Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Credit Policy and Scorecard Maintenance Team Lead.
In this role you will provide independent and accurate credit assessments for corporate and middle market exposures while conducting due diligence on credit transactions underwritten by Treasury, Trust, and Mortgage units. You will help shape the Bank's credit risk framework by developing and communicating credit policies, overseeing portfolio and industry reviews, and performing stress testing to support sound risk management and decision-making.

What the role will entail
Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies, risk frameworks, and credit rating methodologies to ensure sound credit risk management and regulatory compliance.
Conduct credit rating evaluations for corporate, Treasury, Trust, and other covered exposures, ensuring timely and accurate risk classification.
Perform comprehensive credit due diligence, identify key risk issues, and evaluate credit proposals to support informed lending and investment decisions.
Monitor portfolio quality, impaired accounts, and watchlisted exposures through ongoing reviews, stress testing, and risk reporting.
Present credit recommendations to relevant approving authorities and ensure compliance with established turnaround times and credit governance standards.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or any related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in credit analysis, credit risk management, or corporate banking.
Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, lending principles, financial analysis, and risk assessment, with the ability to evaluate complex borrowing relationships and industries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present sound credit recommendations.
Highly analytical, independent, objective, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business and market conditions.
