The ARCT team fields inbound and outbound calls regarding an account where the main Card Member is deceased (Personal and/or Small Business).  With the highest level of empathy and Customer First approach, our ARCT Specialists offer the potential opportunity to transfer ownership to another responsible party or cancel the account. In an attempt to gather necessary information to settle the account, the Specialist may have to ask difficult questions regarding the estate for the Card Member.


The successful candidate has strong listening skills and the ability to express sincere compassion.  They need to acknowledge and recognize the underlying emotion of each situation.



  • Extensive Experience in Customer Service required

  • Customer First mindset with proven ability to emotionally connect with customers

  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyze multiple points of data/information

  • Growth mindset and resiliency in fast paced environment

  • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, college undergrads may apply


Additional Details:



  • Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

  • Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)

  • Work From Home Requirements:

    • Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed

    • Must have a private & quiet area to work at home
