Crew Documentation Officer

In this role, you'll:

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field, and has experience in crew documentation or crew processing within the manning industry. You have a good understanding of seafarer certification, travel, and visa requirements, as well as document management and records administration to ensure accurate, organised, and compliant crew documentation. You are comfortable communicating with seafarers from diverse backgrounds, work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, think analytically, adapt well to changing priorities, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

You'll be based in our Manila office, in the Crewing Department, and report to the Crew Documentation Manager.
