Job Overview:

The CRM Analyst at Activate Talent will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer data to drive effective customer relationship management strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behavior patterns, and insights that can be used to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Create and maintain customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to drive personalized and relevant communications to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM data into marketing initiatives and automation workflows.
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to track CRM KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in CRM and customer data management.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in CRM analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
  • Experience with data segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
