Regional CSM Leader – Philippines (Manila)

High Level Job Description:

Require an enthusiastic and a talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:

• Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region in Philippines and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers
• Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
• Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for the company's SaaS products / services.

Example of SaaS Requirements:

1. POS (Point-of-Sale) Systems – cloud POS for multi-branch retail
2. Omnichannel Commerce Platforms – online + offline integration
3. Inventory & Order Management Systems (OMS)
4. Retail ERP Systems
5. CRM & Loyalty Platforms
6. Workforce Management / Scheduling SaaS
7. Retail Analytics & BI Platforms
8. SAP
9. Oracle

• Work with company's Solution Architects to fine tune and present solutions to customers
• Ensure Time bound Revenue book and collection of receivables.
• Grow and build CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.

• University Degree with at least 8 to 12 years of sales/consulting experience.
• Creativity in solving complex problems.

• Work Set-up: WFH but needs travel and client visit
  Schedule: Day-shift
  Locations: Metro Manila (candidate must be residing inside the metro or nearby provinces only)
