Hiring: Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher - Remote - $9.6k-13.2k/yr

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher: Your responsibilities include:

Customer Service: 

  • Receive and process incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms
  • Listen actively, reassure customers, and de-escalate situations
  • Manage inbound phone calls and troubleshoot issues with tenants before dispatching technicians
  • Keep customers informed about service statuses, estimated arrival times, and any delays
  • Follow up with customers, especially after service, to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Project Management / Dispatch Coordination: 

  • Prioritize and assign service tasks to field technicians based on expertise, availability, and location
  • Monitor ongoing jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with technicians to provide the necessary information, materials, and tools for each assignment
  • Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
  • Coordinate routes for technicians to reduce travel distances and environmental impact
  • Manage appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling while handling urgent requests appropriately
  • Close out work orders with clear documentation and updates in the system and client portal

Other Administrative Tasks: 

  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with accounting for invoicing, payment tracking, and billing information processing
  • Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, coordinating replenishment with technicians
  • Assist in preparing reports, data analysis, and performance metrics as required

Specifics: Time 

  • Full-time, MST/EST time zone
  • This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere
  • EST - Weekends (Daytime)
  • MST - Weekdays (After-Hours)
