About the Role

You'll join a fast-growing business in the home furnishings and design industry that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with customer care, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams, you'll help manage the complete order lifecycle while ensuring service levels and quality standards are consistently met.

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders, returns, and related transactions within an ERP system

• Maintain accurate customer and order records

• Release orders to warehouse and logistics teams within required timelines

• Generate invoices and support payment collection activities

• Monitor order accuracy and data quality standards

• Meet departmental KPIs and service-level targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order or invoicing issues

• Provide cross-functional support to the wider Customer Care team

What You'll Bring

Required

• 1-2 years of customer service, customer care, or order management experience

• Experience with order processing and invoicing

• Experience using an ERP platform

• Strong Microsoft Excel and general MS Office skills

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, retail, wholesale, or similar operations

• Exposure to payment collection processes

• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
