Responsibilities

• To answer sales inquiries and process orders through the company's social media accounts or company phone from customers.
• To check on clients to determine their satisfaction with their orders and getting feedback
• Communicate with the Logistics department regarding delivery concerns of the clients.
• To generate a daily summary of sales submitted directly to the management.
• Responsible for generating Kitchen Report at the end of his/her shift.
• Forward customer concerns and or problems with orders, deliveries, and customer complaints to the Customer Care Representative.
• Forward customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the management.
• In the case the Customer Care Representative is not present, the Customer Sales Representative should be responsible in handling customer concerns and complaints.
• To perform other duties as assigned. Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of the position anytime.
