Job Description - Customer Care Team Lead (AU Retail, Office-based)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
Minimum of 3 years experience as Team Leader preferably in BPO setting
Handled at least 15 agents in customer care environment
Experience in AU Retail Account
Exposure in Zendesk
What will you do?
Supporting and contributing to the cultivation of a high performing and engaged Customer Care team. Taking opportunities presented to be involved in suitable technical development and training activities.
Respond to customer emails, telephone calls, web-chat requests or other means of contact.
Be fully aware of product range
Be observant of customer needs, listening and showing passion for products and the brand
Assist with customer service improvements across the business
Actively contribute to increasing sales through understanding and addressing customer needs
Take an active part in providing customer and process feedback and insight to the business, as and when required
Effectively deal with customer enquiries about deliveries, collections, back orders, returns, refunds, spare parts and repairs, etc. in line with Customer Service policies and procedures
Contribute towards customer service improvements across the business
Ensure that the department operates in accordance with departmental and company administration systems and procedure to prevent losses
Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Customer Care Team Leader and Management Team
