Job Description - Customer Experience Manager

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Communication or equivalent
  • With expertise in customer service in real estate or hospitality industry
  • With excellent customer service drive, outstanding communication, active listening and organizational skills
  • Possesses strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
  • Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City / Eastwood City, Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and Supervise Customer Experience Specialists in dealing with clients, resolving concerns and providing quality service
  • Coordinate with Quality Control Group and Property Management Group to assure preparedness of the project and unit/lot prior turnover of the project.
  • Handle and resolves customer complaints, if needed
  • Communicate and coordinate with departments to obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints needed by the group
  • Follow up on customer interaction by the team
  • Evaluate customer service feedback and find ways for the improvement of services
  • Monitor, evaluate and submit report of assisted clients, their concerns and resolution for submission to the Senior Assistant Vice President
  • Coordinate with other on-site departments/ group to assure orderliness and high quality customer service
  • Evaluate and pre-approve all client communication such as: text blasts, email blasts, newsletters, announcements and infographics to be disseminated to clients
  • Source out suppliers for project/tasks requirements, as needed.
  • Develop new programs and procedures that is essential for the betterment of services provided to clients
