Employee and Experience Officer (Head Office - San Juan)

The Employee Experience Officer will play a crucial role in crafting programs to ensure the happiness and engagement of all Belo Medical Group employees. He/she will conceptualize, implement, and oversee a variety of employee engagement programs to boost employee satisfaction to minimize attrition rate. His/her primary responsibility will be to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and well-being.

The OR Nurse is responsible for planning, executing, directing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to surgical patients.

Patient Care Specialist (Makati / Quezon City / Cebu / Davao)

The Patient Care Specialist primarily attends to patients and customers in the clinic and performs a variety of tasks to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Physician's Assistant (Alabang / Quezon City / Cebu / Pasay)

The Physician’s Assistant primarily assists the Doctor in various procedures and attends to patient concerns and inquiries.

Procurement Specialist (Mandaluyong)

The Procurement Specialist shall be responsible for the overall processing of requisitions of supplies, purchase order and request for payment for all orders.

Social Media Specialist (Head Office - San Juan)

A social media specialist is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the company's social media platforms. They are skilled in creating and curating compelling content, scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics. The social media specialist collaborates with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. They also interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and handle customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, the social media specialist may be involved in influencer outreach, social media advertising, and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics tools. Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
