Job Description - Customer Facing Supply Chain Executive


WHAT YOU WILL DO


The role is responsible for supporting and implementing customer-facing supply chain strategy, partnership and operational excellence. Working closely with customers, the successful candidate will strengthen their supply chain process to align with Perfetti Van Melle's by close coordination and partnership with Sales teams.


 




This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of order, STO and Freegoods from receipt to delivery to PVM customers. The position is also responsible for addressing all issues related to customer-facing accounts, Sales and Distribution with other functional departments. 


 


Principal Accountabilities: 


 


Customer Engagement / Trade Service Level



  •  Lead tactical calls with customers that are focused on: 






    • Service Level Agreements

    • Order fulfillment

    • A/R collection

    • On-time delivery

    • CFR (Case fill Rate) compliance

    • Penalty Management



  • Regular visit to customers to check any operational concerns

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints by performing RCA methods

  • Work with the Sales team to define joint improvement plans with customers


 


 Order Management 




  • Handle overall transactions in terms of compliance on timely order confirmation, picking advise to 3PL, and vessel schedule

  • Ensure 100% timely and accurate order processing in compliance with the company SOP  



  • Ensure compliance to NPDs and Promo SKUs pipeline and trade deals are implemented according to plan 



  • Monitor and report Out-of-Stock (OOS) and un-served orders to highlight risk and avoid penalties from the Customers  


 


Collaborative Inventory Management 



  • Use SSIS available data (sell out, inventory level, geographical sales, customer forecasts) to help improve forecasting and stock levels in collaboration with planning team and sales 



  • Continuously improve ordering process with customers via Collaborative Inventory Planning (CIP) 



  • Lead and implement the CIP process with the Distributors and integrate the Supply Chain and Sales on issue management, efficiency, and improvements 





OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related field

  • Minimum of 5 years or above experience in Customer Service or Logistics management in FMCG industry

  • SAP SD and MM knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
