Job Description - Customer Service

Proporcionar una experiencia positiva y satisfactoria a los clientes al resolver sus consultas y problemas de manera eficiente y efectiva.

Gestionar la solución de preguntas pre y postventa, con la mejor calidad y tiempo de respuesta.
Gestionar el proceso de devoluciones en Mercado libre
Analizar e identificar los principales productos con problemas
Generación de reportes de experiencia de compra ( MPO, Merch, etc.).
Analisis y generación de reportes de "voz del consumidor"( categorías, productos, servicios, etc).
