Job Description - Customer Service Agent

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join our young and stellar team as Customer Service Agents. Selected candidates join our growing team as the first point of contact for customers. Agents are directly responsible for guiding customers through the outbound international shipping process.

Being a fast growing entrepreneurial startup, we provide outstanding candidates room to grow within their position and rise through the ranks.

Requirements

  • Problem solver with high level of computer proficiency.
  • Prior experience in international air logistics or freight shipping will be a huge plus.
  • Outstanding drive and innate intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Can adapt, prioritize, and thrive in a fast moving environment.
  • Extremely self-motivated, organized, and responsible.
