Job Description - Customer Service Associate - PH


Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Provide an amazing, personalized experience for each customer
  • Effectively and proactively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues through emails, livechat and calls
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Quick to identify solutions in the best interest of both; the customer and the company
  • Take full ownership and follow up closely with customer queries
  • Be proactive in providing the best solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ensure feedback flows to various teams in ZALORA to improve our services

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages will be a definite plus (Malay/Mandarin/Cantonese)
  • Proven working experience in the related field 
  • Previous working experience in e-commerce related environment
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to work on alternate weekends
